Question for DNCC (Direction Nationale du Commerce et de la Concurrence)

Hi. We are currently in talk with a supplier's agent to purchase and import gold from Mali. On further discussing the purity of the gold, they have sent us a certificate on a letterhead of 'BIJOUTERIE CENTRALE DE BAMAKO, Centre commerciale de Bamako'. We would like to know if this document can be authentic or is it the use of forged, bearing the appearance of official government letterhead, seals, as
well as false official letters. We would like to understand the legal process and procedure in place in order to export legally and safely from Mali. Appreciate any assistance with this regard
